Ms. Iglesias brings a robust background in family law, a compassionate approach to client advocacy, and native fluency in both English and Spanish. Her bilingual proficiency enables the firm to better serve Spanish-speaking clients, providing culturally informed and accessible legal counsel in a field where clarity and empathy are crucial.

Ms. Iglesias focuses her practice exclusively on family law, handling complex matters related to child custody, child support, domestic violence and divorce with a personalized and strategic approach. From the beginning of her career, Ms. Iglesias has focused her practice exclusively on family law. Prior to joining Smedley Law Group, P.C., she practiced at other family law firms in the region. Prior to entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable Michael R. Ostrowski, Jr., J.S.C. in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

During law school, Ms. Iglesias was selected for an externship with the Honorable Kurt Kramer, J.S.C. in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also served as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School with a Family Law Certificate and was honored with the Herman J. Finn Award in Professional Responsibility for her exemplary ethical standards.

Ms. Iglesias is currently on the board of The Thomas J. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as several county bar associations.
