Nicole’s background spans executive roles across large healthcare systems and, most recently, as National Vice President of Growth Strategy and Planning for the country’s leading physician enablement organization. Her expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and cross-functional execution positions her as a key architect of the firm’s continued success. Her leadership at Smedley Law Group, P.C. ensures that every aspect of the firm—people, process, and performance—works in harmony to meet the evolving needs of clients.
Nicole earned both her MBA from Louisiana State University–Shreveport and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rowan University with summa cum laude distinction.
Beyond the office, she is a committed community leader. She serves on the Executive Council of the American Cancer Society’s Southern New Jersey Leadership Board and as the longtime Lead Advocacy Ambassador for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network in New Jersey’s 1st Congressional District. Her advocacy and achievements have earned her national recognition, including induction into the Business Education Hall of Fame at Washington Township High School and a spotlight in South Jersey Magazine’s “Super Woman” edition.
My goal is to support Smedley Law Group’s growth in intentional, mission-driven ways—by investing in exceptional talent, optimizing our infrastructure, and prioritizing an outstanding client experience. That means enhancing our services, reaching more communities, and continuing to be a firm that clients trust and peers respect. Ultimately, it’s about creating a firm where people feel supported, empowered, and confident in the legal care they receive.
