Ms. Bodnar brings a wealth of knowledge in operations, strategic growth, and client experience. In her new role, she’ll oversee daily operations, implement strategic growth initiatives, and support the firm’s ongoing commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

With over 20 years of experience in executive-level positions, she has a proven track record in optimizing business operations and leading high-performing teams.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Bodnar is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the American Cancer Society’s Southern New Jersey Leadership Board and has dedicated over 15 years as the Lead Advocacy Ambassador for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network for New Jersey’s 1st Congressional District.

Ms. Bodnar’s outstanding contributions have earned her multiple national corporate awards and recognition and an induction into the Business Education Hall of Fame at Washington Township High School. She was also featured in a South Jersey Magazine’s “Super Woman” edition, celebrating her as one of the region’s most influential women.

Ms. Bodnar holds an MBA from Louisiana State University-Shreveport and a BA from Rowan University.
