Smedley Law Group, P.C., a premier South Jersey family law firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Alison B. Weinroth, Esq. to the position of Managing Attorney. With a career spanning more than two decades in family law and related practice areas, Ms. Weinroth brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and client-focused advocacy to her new role.

Ms. Weinroth joined Smedley Law Group, P.C. in 2023 as Senior Counsel and quickly distinguished herself through her deep knowledge of matrimonial law, her steady courtroom presence, and her ability to guide clients through emotionally complex matters with empathy and clarity. Her legal practice includes divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and mediation.

A longtime South Jersey resident, Ms. Weinroth previously practiced at Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C. for more than 20 years, handling a diverse array of legal matters. She also served as a municipal prosecutor in multiple townships across southern New Jersey and worked as a contract attorney for the Camden County Board of Social Services.

Ms. Weinroth earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and is a member of the District IV Fee Arbitration Committee.
