Why I’m Passionate About Family Law

As a professional divorced mother of twins, I’m passionate about helping my clients resolve their family law situations economically and positively. There are a great deal of emotions and frustrations involved in family law matters and I work hard to consider those issues, as well as the best interest of you and your child.

How I Guide My Clients Through Divorce

Most often people focus on the negatives of a divorce: How can I financially afford to live? What will happen to my kids? Who’s going to pay the bills?

You have every right to be angry or dislike who your spouse has become. However, remember why you’re in this position and where you want to be. That’s an important process. As your attorney, I aim to assist you in this process and help you put your best foot forward by advocating for you, and your children.

However, it’s even more important to focus on the positives of ending an unhealthy relationship and opening yourself up to improvement and living an emotionally satisfying life after divorce.  As a survivor of divorce with young twins at the time, and an attorney primarily practicing in family law, I can tell you that it gets better. In fact, it’s amazing … I promise!

Alison B. Weinroth, Esq.

"Alison B. Weinroth, Esq. was a pleasure to work with. She made what could be an extremely stressful situation easy and stress-free. I originally tried to complete my divorce entirely on my own. [However] after nearly two years, I finally decided to get help. Within six months of reaching out to Alison, my divorce was final. I’d highly recommend her services for your legal needs. I’m so glad she was recommended to me."
